Dr. Paul Petzschmann:

Mr. Paul Petzschmann is DPhil and M. Phil in Politics from St. Antony’s College, Oxford University. His publications include Pakistan and the IMP; Pakistan: Police weakness mars fight against extremism; Alternative Dispute Resolution and Social Regulation in Pakistan: Opportunities and challenges; Women in the Eyes of the Judiciary; and Pro-poor Justice. He has been a project coordinator on many important programmes related to Governance, Policy and Security. He has been working closely on police and policing in Pakistan for quite long. His knowledge, experience and research programmes are of immense importance to the law-enforcement agencies in Pakistan.
