History

WRC-Welfare and Relief Committee is a multi-sectoral, non-governmental non-profitable and non-political Humanitarian Development Organization, established in 1987 and registered with ministry of States & Frontier Regions (SAFRON) number (F. No 2(23) AR.VIII/88 and under Social Welfare Ordinance 1961 (XLVI 1961) on October 2010. The core focus of WRC is to achieve and bring awareness among the society about education and health. Both the factors largely contribute in preserving the society rights, and further work positively in various directions to uplift the standard of living, WRC strives to incorporate cross-cutting themes of gender equity, governance, capacity building and sustainability.

WRC has its long success journey and it is extending across various development sectors and enhancing to geographical and regional coverage by providing the best health facilities. All objective interventions and sustainable social changes have been achieved through participation of all forms of human development including Education, Health, Capacity building, Emergency response, Early recovery, Water and Sanitation Hygiene and Rehabilitation.
