Dr. Paul Conway:

Dr. Paul Conway was born in the Bronx, New York City, USA, and first educated in Dumont, New Jersey schools. After several years of military service he graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. He then earned a MA. and Ph.D (1972) in Political Science, with a focus on Science, Technology and Public Policy, at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He was a Professor of Political Science at the State University of New York (SUNY) College in Oneonta, teaching courses in International Politics, Human Rights, Genocide, and International Organization, among others. After forty years he is now Professor Emeritus there.
