None of the activities will give appropriate results unless and until it is properly implemented in its true spirit.  WRC completed a number of projects on Capacity Building Program such as Carpet Weaving, Literacy, Proposal Writing and Mid Wife.

Keeping in view the fact that Welfare & Relief Committee felt the need of introducing programs with tangible out puts in capacity building that is the urgent need of the civic requirement with them current, below poverty level especially in the rural areas of all the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

WRC is also participating in the Core-Clustering meeting and actively take part to build their staff/team capacity being arranged by INGO and NGO and Government entity.
