On the occasion of Eid festival, the Pushto Literary Society (Pakhto Adabi Tolana) of Takht-Bhai held a poetic gathering at Mandal House on Sunday, Oct 28, 2012. Prof Ishaq Wardaq and Mr. Shakeel Nayab, GS, Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zooq participated as special guests from Peshawar and Mr. Gauher Rehman Gauhar, a well-known writer presided the session. Mr. Fasihuddin welcomed the guests and spoke on the importance of community engagement by poets, scholars and notables. Poets and writers presented their poetry, who mostly spoke in the backdrop of current problems, social unrest and radicalism in the society.
