Hina Javaid Kalyal, PhD:

Dr. Hina’s research focuses on changes in police organizations in Canada and Pakistan, specifically on evidence based policing and community policing. As a Fulbright postdoctoral scholar she completed a project with a large police department in the United States in 2013, to study the factors affecting patrol officer commitment to community policing in the light of the job demands and resource model.
