Fasihuddin (PSP) :

Mr. Fasihuddin is the founder of Pakistan Society of Criminology and Editor-in-Chief of Pakistan Journal of Criminology. He is MBBS, LLB and MA in Political Science with Gold Medal. He is a senior officer of Police Service of Pakistan (PSP) and the author of Expanding Criminology to Pakistan. Currently, he is posted as Director, Research and Analysis, Counter- Terrorism Department in KP Police. He presented his field experiences in many international conferences and seminars and visited many countries including USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Thailand, Nepal, China and Japan. A number of his papers are published internationally. He is widely known in the international community of criminologists and is committed to bring criminology to Pakistan as an established and independent discipline. He is a well-known coloumn writer in Pakistan and two of his books, Khama Bajosh and Sehra Mein Azan are published in 2013 and 2015 respectively. He writes mostly about social issues, police and policing, criminology and other international issues of concern for Pakistan and the community at large. He is the founder of the only private ‘Research Library Peshawar ’ in Pakistan which contains more than 14000 books and journals on various topics
